Yes. In Illinois, home cultivation is limited to registered medical cannabis patients 21 and over — up to five plants, kept in an enclosed, locked space that isn't visible to the public. Recreational users can't legally grow at home in Illinois.

Every build is enclosed and lockable, both because Illinois requires it and because most patients want it that way. Tents are sealed and carbon-filtered, and they sit quietly in a closet or spare room. Discretion is a design requirement here, not an afterthought.
